Bismuth is very is next to lead on the periodic table and is almost as dense with a low melting point of 271.5 °C. An interesting thing about bismuth is that after being melted during cooling it expands and creates Hopper crystals which make for an interesting object. Due to the low melting point you can experiment making Hopper crystals at home.
